Classes:

Geometry: 

A more advanced class of math dealing with shapes and equations. We discover the underlying concepts of polygons and how you can use trigonometric functions in everyday life.

Algebra I: 

This is the building block to all upper-level math classes and will be the most used of all the math classes in everyday life.

Pre-Algebra: 

This class is designed to “bridge the gap” between eighth grade and ninth grade math and prepare students for algebra. We are using applications to solve math problems and have begun a large project within the school with student surveys to make charts and graphs.

Physical Science: 

In this class we are learning the building blocks of how things work including; Newton's Laws, energy, and intro to Chemistry.

I grew up 60 miles east of Colorado Springs in a little place called Rush.  115 kids attended my high school.  There I played football, basketball, baseball, participated in Drama, Matchwits, Knowledge Bowl and STUCO.  After high school I went to the University of Colorado. GO BUFFS!!!!  I earned a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance.  I have coached football and basketball for 1 year and this will be my second year in both.
